  • How involved are you going to get?
    At YSB Consulting, my level of involvement varies based on the unique needs of each client. I am committed to generating the results you need, and as such, I am flexible in my approach: Direct Interaction with CEO: For some clients, I primarily work directly with the CEO, providing high-level guidance and strategic direction. Collaboration with Team Members: For others, I collaborate closely with multiple team members, working together to implement strategies and achieve goals. Range of Services: My services can range from purely consultative, where I provide advice and recommendations, to working as a fractional executive (such as a fractional CPO), where I become deeply involved in leading and executing key initiatives within your organization.   • Could you work with my team in-person?
    While most meetings are conducted over Google Meet or Zoom for convenience, I am also comfortable traveling to meet with teams in-person as needed.
